Associate Broker - Boston, MA
Position Description:
- Associate commercial real estate sales position
- Develop book of business through research and cold calling and/or canvassing
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Attend training sessions designed to educate Associates on all aspects of the business including selling techniques, company systems and policies, commercial real estate knowledge, presentation methods, negotiations, etc.
- Report to Managing Principal and/or Senior Broker
Requirements and Skills:
- A four-year degree and/or a successful sales track record in another industry
- Massachusetts Real Estate License or willingness to obtain license prior to start date
- Must be a high energy, self-motivated achiever
- Desire for continual professional improvement
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Visionary, capable of seeing the big picture, ability to understand how various parts relate to each other and the ability to sell the vision
- Prior sales experience is a plus
