In 2007, the Tri-State Capital Group was formed based in the Rutherford office, providing investment sales services to the New York Tri-State area. The operation further expanded with the addition of consulting, logistics and project management capabilities.
In May of 2007, Newmark Knight Frank opened the doors of its Princeton operation, further solidifying Newmark Knight Frank's coverage throughout New Jersey.
