Seth Weinstein is a managing principal of the Dallas office and an executive managing director of the firm's global corporate services division. He joined Newmark Knight Frank's Dallas office in 2008 and currently heads the firm's global corporate services for the U.S. In this capacity, Mr. Weinstein oversees the integration of Newmark Knight Frank's experts with each account in order to help companies align their real estate, facilities and operations with their overall business objectives.
Mr. Weinstein specializes in strategically managing and implementing local and national assignments. He has been widely recognized for his success with helping companies reduce operating costs, streamlining real estate processes and providing comprehensive reporting. His diligent efforts have been rewarded with local, national and global assignments from Wachovia, AT&T, Coca-Cola, Business Objects, United Parcel Service, and Riverbed Technology, among others. Some of Mr. Weinstein's current national clients include Well's Fargo Advisors (formerly Wachovia Securities; 15 million square feet), McAfee, Inc. (2.1 million square feet) and National Financial Partners (1.2 million square feet).
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Weinstein founded Predium, a commercial real estate firm specializing in corporate services; Newmark Knight Frank later acquired Predium in 2008. Before his tenure at Predium, Mr. Weinstein was a partner of an international real estate services firm, where he helped build the national accounts group and was consistently the top producer for the firm.
Mr. Weinstein's experience has entitled him to a place among the Dallas Business Journal's real estate "Heavy Hitters." Over the past four years alone, Mr. Weinstein has been involved in 195 transactions comprising over 4 million square feet valued at $715 million.
Mr. Weinstein earned his bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University.
