In May of 2005, Newmark Knight Frank's Construction Services division was recognized with the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association's highly coveted award for Best Historic Rehabilitation for its work on the former Brown Brother's Harriman headquarters at 63 Wall Street. The famed bank building was converted into 476 market rate apartment units.
