Newmark Knight Frank Retail?s Bank Services Group ("BSG") is solely devoted to the acquisition and disposition of potential and existing bank sites throughout the tri-state area of NY, NJ and CT. BSG specializes in the creation and implementation of De Novo branch expansion programs for both commercial banks and thrifts. We offer expert lease abstraction, due diligence and lease management services for our client's retail branch networks. BSG is composed of seven full-time licensed professionals with more than seventy years of combined experience in meeting the real estate needs of retail banks. BSG never accepts agencies from non-bank landlords, does not work in any neighborhood for more than one bank at a time and protects the confidentiality of each bank unconditionally.
