The Corporate Advisory Services division employs a unique blend of salaried professionals and transaction specialists, which enables the firm to provide the highest level of service available in the industry. The salaried professionals, former executives from a diverse mix of major corporations, create long- and short-term strategic plans, while the transaction personnel assume primary responsibility for implementing those plans. It is the marriage of these two disciplines- thoughtful planning and flawless execution-that drive value for our clients.

Crucial to the success of any service provider/client relationship is the accessibility and control of data. Newmark Knight Frank has developed a proprietary Corporate Real Estate Information Management (COREIM) system, which tracks a client's domestic and international real estate portfolio. In addition, the success of the firm's services is carefully gauged through the use of Key Performance Indicators.
