Newmark Knight Frank's Corporate Advisory Services division develops
innovative solutions for clients facing complex real estate issues. Combining a
wealth of experience with rigorous business and economic analyses, our
professionals deliver thorough cost/benefit and qualitative assessments in a
variety of disciplines. Ultimately, the Corporate Advisory Services division
provides the expertise that enables clients to make informed decisions, which
reduce occupancy costs, increase efficiency and otherwise maximize the value of
real estate operations.
Newmark Knight Frank has completed assignments in more than 30 countries
worldwide providing comprehensive real estate services to many of the world's
leading corporations, including Bloomberg L.P., KeySpan Corporation, Interpublic
Group of Companies, Thomson/Technicolor and Automatic Data Processing, Reed
Elsevier and others.
The Corporate Advisory Services division employs a unique blend of salaried
professionals and transaction specialists, which enables the firm to provide the
highest level of service available in the industry. The salaried professionals,
former executives from a diverse mix of major corporations, create long- and
short-term strategic plans, while the transaction personnel assume primary
responsibility for implementing those plans. It is the marriage of these two
disciplines- thoughtful planning and flawless execution-that drive value for our
clients.
Crucial to the success of any service provider/client relationship is the
accessibility and control of data. Newmark Knight Frank has developed a
proprietary Corporate Real Estate Information Management (COREIM) system, which
tracks a client's domestic and international real estate portfolio. In addition,
the success of the firm's services is carefully gauged through the use of Key
Performance Indicators. These pre-set performance benchmarks are determined
jointly by Newmark Knight Frank and the client, in order to measure the value
created by the Corporate Advisory Services team.
